Justin M. Bryan, J.D., LL.M. (Tax)
Justin is an attorney and the owner of the Bryan Law Firm, P.C.. He was born and raised in Bozeman, Montana and attended Bozeman High School. Justin moved to Canada to attend the University of Victoria where he majored in Economics and minored in Business. After graduating from the University of Victoria, Justin returned to Montana and attended the University of Montana School of Law. He graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2011 with honors. After earning a J.D., Justin continued his education at the University of Florida where he obtained an LL.M. in Taxation.
During his tenure in Law School, Justin was the Co-founder and Co-president of the Outdoor Law and Recreation Group. Justin has continued to maintain an active lifestyle and an appreciation for the outdoors. Justin is the vice-president of the BETTR (Business, Estates, Trusts, Tax, and Real Property) Section of the Montana Bar Association, a member of the ABA RPTE (Real Property, Trust and Estate Law) section of the American Bar Association. Justin also serves on the board of directors for Eagle Mount Bozeman.
Dash DeJarnatt, J.D., LL.M. (Tax)
Dash is an attorney with the Bryan Law Firm, P.C. and is licensed to practice law in Montana and Washington. Dash’s areas of practice include business law, tax law, trademarks, copyrights, and regulatory compliance with an emphasis in alcohol law. He received his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Western Washington University in 2010. Dash received his juris doctorate, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 2014. While attending law school, Dash served as the President of the Wine and Beverage Law Society, served as the Editor-at-Large for the Seattle Journal for Social Justice, published two academic papers, and engaged in over 200 hours of public service in his community.
Dash received an LL.M. in Taxation in 2016 from the University of Washington. Dash is currently a member of the BETTR (Business, Estates, Trusts, Tax, and Real Property) Section of the Montana Bar Association and the Bridger Brew Crew (for homebrewing beer). In his spare time, Dash loves to cook, brew beer, and enjoy the great outdoors.
Jordan E.G. Feddes, J.D., LL.M. (Tax)
Jordan E.G. Feddes is an attorney at the Bryan Law Firm, P.C. and is licensed to practice law in Montana and California. She was born and raised in California where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley (2011), her law degree from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law (2014), and Masters of Law (LL.M.) in taxation from Loyola Law School (2015). Jordan moved to the Gallatin Valley in June 2015 after marrying her husband, Mark, a Bozeman native. Jordan’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, business succession planning and transactions, and nonprofit law. Jordan serves as co-chair of the Education and Outreach Committee of the BETTR (Business, Estates, Trusts, Tax, and Real Property) section of the Montana Bar Association, and she serves on various nonprofit committees in Bozeman.
When Jordan is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with Mark, her son Zeke, dog Maisie, and her pals. She can often be found cheering on the Cal Bears, playing trivia, or enjoying the sun while trail running, skiing, or soaking in hot springs.
Mark A. Bryan
Mark Bryan is the founding member of the Bryan Law Firm, P.C. and his practice of law began in Bozeman, Montana in 1976. He and his wife, Maureen, raised their two children in the Gallatin Valley and continue to attend the Evangelical Free Church. Mark is the co-founder of Rocky Mountain Ministries, which leads short term medical missions to Central America.
Beginning in 1979, and for a period of over eight years, he served as a Bozeman City Judge and is a past President of the Gallatin County Bar Association. He was also a member of the Christian Legal Society and served on its Board of Directors. Mark served as chairman of the Council of Administration and he was chairman of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Sisters of Gallatin County. Mark is a past chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Salvation Army of Bozeman. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Peacekeepers Ministries and the United Way.
